Improving Ratings

When I first submitted my website for rating, I received a review of 5 stars. After a while my website slipped and I got a 4.33.
What can I do to bring it back up to where it was to begin with?

Websites are rated by actual people. The more appealing and easy to use it is the higher people will rate it. Unfortunately now that someone rated you down the highest you can get is a 4.99 (I think) sorry...
