Overall nice but a few issues
Firstly, I like the colour scheme and the general simplicity of the page.
There were a few things I would consider improving:
1) The Chancellors Graphic at the top has a lot of rippling around the logo and name which makes it look a bit messy.
2) Your button bar isn't very dynamic. Some kind of action on the buttons always makes the page seem slicker.
3) In the second paragraph down of the home page, the bottom line has moved away from the rest of the paragraph due to the 'find out more' button. Perhaphs move the button below the paragraph to fix this.
3 stars although with an hours work, points 1 and 3 couple probably be cleared.
